Trends Setter College of TEVT Mansehra was established in 2009 and is situated at Bypass Road, Gojra, Muzaffarabad. It is offering the following programs:
Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE):  Civil &Electrical
One year Courses: Civil Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Supervisor, Safety Supervisor & Diploma in IT (DIT)
Corporate Training Programs with various organizations like Waseela e Rozgar (BISP), Acted Pakistan etc.  The College & ACTED is collaborating in delivering the 3 / 6 months training in the following 4 trades for the vulnerable youths of the area.

1. Motorcycle Mechanic – 6 Months
2. Solar Panel Technician – 3 Months
3. Building Electrician – 3 Months
4. Industrial Electrician – 3 Months
